Parent-Child Workroom (ElKaZ) Campus Zweibrücken

The Parent-Child Workroom at Campus Zweibrücken is located in Building G, Room G213.
Opened in 2016 as part of the university’s Family Service, it offers parents a space to bring their children to campus in emergency situations.

 

Usage Guidelines

Reservations for the Parent-Child Workroom can be made through the Campusboard using a staff account.

For students, the Family Service is happy to handle bookings on your behalf—just send a quick email!

Please read the terms of use and register before your first visit (registration materials are provided).

Facilities include:

  • Two separate computer workstations. Dual use is permitted.
  • Toys for children of various ages. Small parts can be stored in the desk container if necessary.

Changing facilities:

  • Room G 121 (basement)
  • Room H 120

Additional child-friendly items:

  • A toilet seat
  • A bath stool
  • A kitchenette with a stove and microwave is located on the same floor in G 215.

Key access:

  • The key is stored in the key safe next to the ElKaz.
  • You’ll receive the code by email after booking.

Family care:

You are welcome to have relatives care for your child/children in the ElKaz, by prior arrangement.
