The Virtual Design M.A. program is designed for lateral thinkers who want to expand their expertise in content and technology. In the master's program, digital, virtual and real worlds are designed and staged in an interdisciplinary way. This results in immersive experiences and/or new communication formats. The goal is to explore intensities of experience in which the viewer becomes part of the action and the personal experience leaves memorable impressions.
The Virtual Design M.A. requires unconventional, radical thinking. The teaching transcends traditional horizons of articulation and defines new boundaries. This willingness to innovate is based on the following values

  • Disruptive - rethinking, improving, or replacing the status quo
  • experimental - encouraging bold design approaches
  • borderless - technologies that dissolve the boundaries between virtual and real worlds
  • Intelligent - developing visionary and relevant solutions
  • Collaborative - thinking and acting across disciplines
