On December 5, 2024, the ceremonial award of scholarships from Hochschule Kaiserslautern (Deutschlandstipendium, scholarships for first-year students and single-parent students) took place in the Aula at the Kammgarn campus. The event not only provided an opportunity to celebrate the achievements of the scholarship recipients but also created space for encounters and networking.

During the reception, accompanied by drinks and musical entertainment, the scholarship recipients had the chance to make initial contacts and network with each other.

After the introductory words by Prof. Dipl.-Ing. Klaus Knopper, Vice President for Digitalization, Isabell Lobert (employee of the Diversity Management office) and Julia Dendl (central equality officer) presented the scholarship certificates to five female students.

Following the ceremonial part, a cozy gathering in the cafeteria with live music, wine, and snacks invited everyone to relax and further deepen their connections.

Scholarships Awarded in 2024
This year, a total of ten scholarships were awarded:

• 3 scholarships for first-year female students
• 7 scholarships for single-parent students
