General information on the “Property Valuation” course
Value and valuation are concepts and tasks that are at the center of our social and economic life. For the valuation of developed and undeveloped properties as well as rents and leases, clerks, appraisers and experts need a recognized set of tools and the necessary functional competence. In addition to this, the course also teaches skills in the areas of law, technology and economics. Methodological skills are also taught, e.g. how to behave in presentations to clients.
The quality requirements for valuations are high due to their economic importance and are subject to great dynamics; it is therefore of fundamental importance to acquire and maintain competence in this field. This is achieved through the preparation of several appraisals with intensive preparation and debriefing during the course as well as the competent teaching of the course content by a team of experts from science, business, administration and teaching.
