Consent for inclusion in our talent pool

In principle, this data may only be processed if there is a legal basis or if the data subject has given their consent. We would be pleased to include you in our database of potential candidates for professorial staff and require your consent to do so. The database is used to forward job offers and job advertisements from the University of Apllied Science Kaiserslautern and other partner universities (Trier University of Applied Sciences, HTW Saar) to potential candidates. Your data will be processed exclusively by the project staff of Pro3 and the HR department of the University of Apllied Science Kaiserslautern. The partner universities will not have access to the database.
By giving your consent, you agree that the data you provide will be included in our database of interested parties and processed there.
Your data will be stored for as long as is necessary for the above-mentioned purposes or until you withdraw your consent, but for no longer than 2 years. Before this period expires, you can consent to an extension of the storage period.
Your consent is voluntary and can be revoked at any time with effect for the future. Your data may no longer be processed after receipt of the cancellation; however, the legality of the processing carried out up to that point is not affected. You can send your cancellation either by post (University of Apllied Science Kaiserslautern, Projekt Pro3 HS KL, Schoenstr. 11, 67659 Kaiserslautern) or by e-mail to (pro3-hskl(at)hs-kl(dot)de) You will not incur any costs other than the postage costs or the transmission costs according to the existing basic tariffs.
Your rights
We hereby inform you that in accordance with Article 15 et seq. GDPR, you have the right of access to the personal data concerned, the right to rectification or erasure or restriction of processing, the right to object to processing and the right to data portability under the conditions defined therein. In accordance with Article 77 GDPR, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates this regulation. If the processing is based on your consent (see Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a, Art. 9 para. 2 lit. a GDPR), you also have the right to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
