Attract and educate skilled workers

The cooperative study models at the Hochschule Kaiserslautern will allow you to prepare your employees for new areas of responsibility, therefore increasing their loyalty to your company. The Hochschule Kaiserslautern offers a range of options for academic development training - for example as a part-time study course for professionals or a distance learning course - to help you increase your company’s potential for innovation.

What we offer

The Hochschule Kaiserslautern offers distance learning courses and part-time Bachelor’s and Master’s degree courses for professionals, which are intended for companies who want to give their employees the opportunity to gain additional qualifications while working, or for professionals who wish to do this of their own volition.

People with vocational qualifications can also benefit from this type of education, even if they don’t have the required school qualifications.

We would be happy to provide you with more information on the options, entry requirements, etc., and can put you in touch with a subject-specific contact at the university!

In the age of life-long learning, it is also important for businesses to always have the most up-to-date knowledge, in order to retain their capacity for innovation. The training options for employees must therefore also be suitable for the needs of both the participants and their employers. The Hochschule Kaiserslautern strives to offer a range of courses that address these needs, both in their content and in the organizational aspects, which can be flexibly combined with employment.

Start a dialog with us and help us to design training courses that are tailored to your needs, which will be beneficial to your company too.

The state of Rhineland-Palatinate encourages universities to be open to applicants with vocational qualifications. People who lack a formal (school or college) education may be permitted to pursue a course of study, provided that they have sufficient professional qualifications. For example, those with strong “Gesellen”, “Techniker” or “Meister” qualifications may have the opportunity to develop their learned skills even further. If this applies to you, we would be happy to explain your options.
