Dear First Semester Students,

Each winter semester, all newcomers to the Department of Building and Design are welcomed together with exciting introductory workshops by upperclassmen and faculty.

The aim was and is to introduce our first-year students to student life in a straightforward way. The traditional welcome event consists of an introduction by the faculty and course directors, as well as a varied program organized by the higher semesters and student councils, ranging from a city rally and a joint project to an introduction to the library and computer center.

Since an introduction to the first semester is always a good opportunity to get to know each other personally and to become familiar with the faces in the department, the schedule and the university building, we would like to offer our INTRODUCTION DAYS again this winter semester in September 2024 IN PRESENCE.
