Once you have received the invitation to take the entrance examination you will need to apply for a visa for Germany at your relevant German foreign representation (embassy, consulate).

Professional/Vocational Qualifications
Under certain conditions, the state of Rhineland-Palatinate allows for admission to a Fachhochschule without a relevant completed school education.
If you have successfully completed a professional or vocational qualification (i.e. with average final grades of a minimum of 2.5 in the German grading system)&

You can pursue further education at a university or Fachhochschule if you have an Abitur. Generally, this is completed at a state or state-recognized “Gymnasium” [grammar school/academic high school]. However, there are also other options for completing the qualifications required to study at univ
Second degree
A “Zweitstudium”, or second degree, is when you have already completed a first university degree and hope to achieve another one (e.g. a Bachelor’s).
In Rhineland-Palatinate, tuition fees for a second degree amount to €700 per semester.
