What requirements must I meet? You must be enrolled as a first-year student in a STEM Bachelor's programme at the University of Kaiserslautern when you submit your application. The application, including all required documents (see 'How do I apply for a scholarship?'), must be submitted in full to the University by 1 November at the latest.
