Evaluation of the frequency influence on the fatigue behaviour of unalloyed steels
The fatigue life evaluation methods (LPV) developed at WWHK in recent years have so far been limited purely to the transition between LCF (Low Cycle Fatigue) and HCF (High Cycle Fatigue) and to the HCF field. This has recently led to controversial discussions regar
Use of the electrochemical potential to characterise the surface damage behaviour of cyclically stressed materials
Within the scope of the research project, a corrosion measuring station is to be set up and integrated into a fatigue testing system so that electrochemical investigations can be carried out. By exposing the materials to various corro
