Senate Committee on Quality and Teaching (SQL)

The Senate Committee for Quality and Teaching (SQL) at University of Applied Sciences Kaiserslautern is responsible for the following teaching-related tasks, including the definition of quality standards, system accreditation, initial accreditation and internal quality assurance procedures, the further development of university teaching methods, and many others. In addition, the SQL annually awards the available funding for internal university projects aimed at improving “quality in teaching”

SQL-Funding

Funds for improving teaching quality are made available annually. The Senate Committee for Quality in Studies and Teaching (SQL) decides how the funds are allocated. All university members who wish to implement innovative projects in the field of teaching are eligible to apply. The aim of the funding is to improve the quality of teaching at the university.
