Applying for the Deutschlandstipendium
Every student of the Hochschule Kaiserslautern can apply to the Deutschlandstipendium, regardless of her or his nationality and her or his study program. The Hochschule Kaiserslautern Board of Trustees

The Hochschule Kaiserslautern University Council
The University Council advises and supports the university in all important matters. It is comprised of 10 members, five of whom are appointed by the Ministry for Education, Science, Further Education, and Culture, and five are elected by the university’s Senate Committee with a two-thirds majority.
