Current programme for staff & lecturers

Monday 11/07 till Friday 15/07/2022          13.30-15.30

Campus Zweibrücken, Room C112

This intensive programme aims to provide participants with opportunities to develop their active English skills and thus increase their confidence in dealing with international contacts.

A "basic" level of English is required - even if your school days seem to belong to a distant past.

We will endeavour to factor in participants' needs and desires, but the training includes:

  • Conversation practice
  • Telephone-/Zoom-etiquette
  • Professional e-mails
  • How can I develop my English skills on my own?

If you have any further questions, please send an e-mail to: sprachen(at)hs-kl(dot)de

These sessions offer an opportunity to chat with others about a wide range of topics, which you get to choose yourself (and if you can’t think of any, one of us will start you off).

You do not need to prepare or "do" anything for these sessions - just be willing to chat to others in English!
